Kate Bush: Never For Ever Animated

I created an animated reinterpretation of Nick Price’s iconic Never for Ever album cover. The artwork features over 50 creatures, nearly all of which I puppeted and rigged in 3D, alongside a fully rigged and animated Kate Bush.
The animation includes intricate details such as 3D-simulated butterfly flaps, a particle-based star simulation, and dynamic animation of Kate Bush’s dress, combining wind effects with a “moving plaid” pattern for subtle, continuous motion. Every viewing reveals additional layers of animated detail, making the piece a living, immersive extension of the original artwork.
